Our operations are in full swing and growing rapidly. We are now looking for another educator who wants to help develop the business with us in Gävle.

Who are you?

You are positive, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You thrive in environments where collaboration is key and where there is room for influence. As we are in an expansive phase, you appreciate contributing to structure, developing methods, and coming up with ideas when needed.

You have a warm and secure approach and see each participant as an individual with unique strengths, conditions, and dreams. You are motivated by helping people understand difficult concepts, find their self-confidence, and take steps they may not have thought possible.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy
• At least one (1) year of professional experience in pedagogical work with adults (16+) full-time, within the last six years

Please include your certificates directly in your application.

Meritorious:

• Experience in healthcare and social care
• Language skills beyond Swedish, preferably Arabic
